I ate half a pint of Ben & Jerry's Brownie Batter Core ice cream sometime in the late afternoon. I'm a bit lactose intolerant, so I had two Lactaid supplements before eating (for reference, the usual dose is just one pill). A few hours later, I got sick with very watery diarrhea and stomach cramps that come and go. I even experienced incontinence three times because the diarrhea was so severe. I've never had an issue like this because of my lactose intolerance before. Usually, I just cramp a bit and have a looser bowel movement than I normally would. This is the worst digestive distress I've been in in a very long time. It's nearly 3 AM where I live now, and I'm struggling to sleep because my stomach is so upset. I don't think I'll ever eat Ben & Jerry's ice cream again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
