I ordered the Pepper steak at Tashquinha Da Praca in Viana D. Castelo. I only ate a few bites because it was mostly inedible due to fat. I slept horribly that morning. The next day I woke up feeling very bloated. A few hours later, I had diarrhea and vomited several times. For the next 24 hours, I had chills and sweats, my body ached and I had nausea.
