5 years ago reported by user-nxzkn485 business

Tender Greens, King Street, San Francisco, CA, USA

266 King Street, San Francisco, 94107 California, United States

I got the chicken salad and within 24 hours was so sick with diarrhea and vomiting. It continued for 3 days. I thought I was getting better but no. After 9 days, I went to doctor, they did blood work and urinalysis. Turns out I got ecoli from them. I had to take antibiotics. I was sick for 15 days before starting to feel better. My 1st and last time ever eating here again! Just me and symptoms started within 24 hours | Symptoms: Cramps, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
