On 8/8/17 at about 4pm I ordered the chipotle chicken plate , butter lettuce salad and the green monster drink. Arrived home about 4:25 to which my husband and I immediately ate. Not even 5min after it's just uncontrollably terrifying diarrhea. Sweats and chills , not too sure if it's fever . Husband seems fine so far, but he can literally eat week old food and be ok. Kids seem fine as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Sweating, Fever
