July 12, 2018 @ 5-6 pm. Large bowl Teriyaki. Severe diarrhea within an hour. Had not eaten yet on this day due to tight work schedule so it must have been this meal. Food tasted different than usual, very dry as though it were old. At first assumed it was overcooked. Eat at this location a lot. Third time getting bad food. The common denominator is that on ALL of my other visits other than the 3 that had much lower quality food, the super friendly black male manager with the long hair was on duty. After today, if he isn’t the manager on duty, I will go elsewhere to eat. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
