Saturday was the sneak peek opening day and I had ordered a white rice, Chicken vegetables and romaine lettuce that I took at home for my early lunch. I got extremely sick when I went to bed, kept on throwing up and diarrhea, chills, and headaches all night! It was exhausting.... I was so drained and dehydrated. I’m still very tired from this experience but finally hold my liquids now. But whatever was in the food what I eat was something terrible! I now think that it might be the lettuce, but I can’t confirm! I just want to inform everyone just in cases because this food caused a very violent reaction and I don’t want anyone to go through this especially kids!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills
