The last thing I ate was 2 Tesco meal deals one chicken and bacon wrap and one chicken Caesar wrap at 6:30 pm then went back to work till 11pm. I Finished when home then went to bed. I experienced the symptoms during the night intense sweating then vomiting and diarrhoea at 5 am, this carried on till about 12 am.
