Monday evening 5th September, I had an egg and cress sandwich from here for my lunch. This was the only item I had that was different to my partner I can’t think of anything. Spent most of Monday night on my bathroom floor as I was afraid to leave that room. Not a pleasant experience | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
