Spicy Fajita Burrito Illness - Tesco, Bournemouth England

4 years ago reported by user-mtwty497 business

Tesco Extra, Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, UK

Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, BH7 7DY England, United Kingdom

I purchased and ate the wicked spicy fajita burrito from the meal deal section there. I read on the label it can be eaten cold or hot despite having rice in it. Later that night I have been violently throwing up every hour or so all through the night into the next day. I have a high temperature so it’s clear it’s food poisoning. I believe as I work at a supermarket that the wrap must’ve been out of the cold chain for too long and the rice went bad causing me to have severe food poisoning. I’ve had to call in sick to both my jobs - and will lose out on a great deal of pay. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
