Diced Beef Causes Illness - Tesco, Harrow England

Bought diced beef from Tesco in harrow on Saturday 12 oct 2024 and cooked it the same day. 1 day later everyone in my family that ate the meat started experiencing nausea and really bad diarrhoea. What is worse is that i ate it too and im breastfeeding which aftected my premature born (only 36 weeks now) baby too. It is unacceptable as we could of all end up in the hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
