Salmon fillet, cooked for 23 minutes as instructed, with mashed potato and green veg. Nausea came on after an hour, then boating, pain and movement in tummy soon after. Started being sick after around 4 hours. 24 hours on I feel aches and lethargic all over | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Bloating, Body Ache
