1/6/2020 around 3pm
I had ordered the following:
Rolls
Ranch
Unsweet tea
Stake salad no blue cheese

When served the unsweet tea upon taking a big drink it tasted off as if really old; sent back and had water.

Stake on salad was ice cold and under cooked

At 10pm I felt chills and by 3am sunday I began throwing up and diarrhea and have had symptoms for 4 days | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
