2 days ago, Probably salad I got steak and their house salad. I was feeling fatigued the day after with some dizziness then I had diarrhea all night. I am still sick. No vomiting but so very nauseous  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Fatigue
