We had my grand daughters birthday party at here on February 9,2023 and I ordered the Chicken with the mushrooms and the mushroom sauce.I woke up the next morning and severe diarrhea and then Friday I had the diarrhea and severe vomiting every 20 minutes.No fever.. No one else at the table had tasted or had what I ordered.
I have had to spend time getting a hold of Drs. To help.Today is Sunday the 19th and still working on energy and trying food slowly.
This has never happened to me and it was so violent. I was unable to do anything last week or this weekend for fear of being sick.
I did not know rather I needed to contact restaurant or not? I also will be looking at legal help for my medical bills and what I had miss..
