On 9/20 for dinner, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a lettuce wrap instead of a bun (with lettuce, tomato, and a slice of cheese), and a customized side salad with eggs, blue cheese, and light Italian. Both were marked as custom orders. I hadn’t eaten... See More anything else for the last 10-12 hours. Ate the sandwich with mustard and Mayo, and about 3/4 of the salad. I will not eat at any restaurant on Interstate Drive. Got sick too many times. Got food poisoning at this Chick-fil-A! Health department in Cookeville, TN needs to check water line to all restaurants there!

We had my grand daughters birthday party at here on February 9,2023 and I ordered the Chicken with the mushrooms and the mushroom sauce.I woke up the next morning and severe diarrhea and then Friday I had the diarrhea and severe vomiting every 20 minutes.
No fever..... See More No one else at the table had tasted or had what I ordered.
I have had to spend time getting a hold of Drs. To help.Today is Sunday the 19th and still working on energy and trying food slowly.
This has never happened to me and it was so violent. I was unable to do anything last week or this weekend for fear of being sick.
I did not know rather I needed to contact restaurant or not? I also will be looking at legal help for my medical bills and what I had miss..
