Cheerios Trigger Digestive Distress - General Mills, Cookeville Tennessee

4 months ago reported by user-ttgv6144 business

Cheerios, Food City, East 10th Street, Cookeville, TN, USA

1545 East 10th Street, Cookeville, 38501 Tennessee, United States

Every time I try to eat Cheerios I end up woth massive diarrhea. Its been years since I bought it but my son wanted some so I figured why not. I decided to have a bowl because its been a while and surely that was just bad luck that I happened to get sick off the last one. Nope. Diarhea all day long after eating one bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios. Last time I reached out to General Mills and they tried to blame my milk. I use lactose free milk and have zero issues with any other cereal (proving its also not gluten). Something is wrong here and so many people are having the same issue. That should be cause for alarm. -Purchased at Food City in Cookeville. TN on September 7, 2025 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Maybe there’s just an ingredient in Cheerios that doesn’t sit well with you? Getting sick more then once years apart is not just some funky occurrence. Maybe your stomach can’t handle the whole grains?
