9/8/2023. I had steak, baked pot, salad for lunch then took home the country fried steak for dinner that night. Was very sick with vomiting and diarrhea all night. Feel better today. Not sure but out of eight people I was the only one that got sick and the only one that got the country fried steak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
