Ate lunch here.ate Smothered chicken, Ate smothered chicken, brocolli and carrots and baked potato. Got fever and threw up in their outhouse before we left. Thirsty all afternoon and got same fever and threw up again after eating supper also had black diarrhea a little later. Fine the next morning after drinking water all night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
