Got the steak shrimp with the mushrooms, my family member had the exact same meal without the mushrooms and didn’t end up getting sick, but I did had severe vomiting and severe stomach cramps could not walk have not since vomited since the first 12 hours but days later I still feel nauseous and loss of appetite heavily | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Loss of Appetite
