Rooftop Party Illness Outbreak - TGIF, Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I attended a day party Sunday June 9th on the roof top of this Friday’s. Myself and 3 others I’ve spoken with had severe nausea, vomiting, chills, cold sweats, fatigue, headache, body weakness. We all drank liquor from the bar at the restaurant. 2 of us ate the food served. Fried green beans, baked ziti, fries. My symptoms were horrendous. Violent vomiting, nausea and extreme sickness. I had to call out of work and see my pcp. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Headache, Chills, Fatigue, Sweating
