On November 14, 2018 at around 5 or 5:30 PM, I went to Richmond Centre food court and ordered mini Thai soup from Thai Express. The mini Thai soup has noodles and 3 shrimps in it, and I paid extra for coconut milk. I went home and around 9:30 that night, I was feeling chilly and turned the heat up. I then felt severe cramps and abdominal pain and the diarrhea followed soon after. I thought it was indigestion but the diarrhea continued for the next few days to the point where I was getting burning rectal pain from the continuous diarrhea, and whenever I tried getting up from bed to drink water, I was so dizzy that at one point the room was spinning.
