I ate an Ahi Tuna Stack with avocado and after going home became sick about 4 hours later. Have been throwing up, have diarrhea, fever, chills, muscle aches, cramping in stomach, no appetite and other symptoms for almost 2 days now. Called establishment and they were very nice. They said to call if it got any worse. I’m still so sick I had to call out from my job today. I’ll be calling The BLVD again today and going to my prompt care to be checked out as I’m still very ill and weak. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Muscle Pain, Other, Cramps, Weakness, Chills, Loss of Appetite
