On 2/21/22 I ate at here at 11:15am. I developed nausea and upset stomach about 6-7pm. I then had liquid diarrhea and vomited 3 times about 45 minutes apart. Not tolerating Sierra Mist or water. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Someone from our party who also went to the buffet had what we thought is food poisoning - sick for 24 hours we thought it was the Mayfair but now thinking maybe it’s a big going around from the Wynn?
I ate the cold crab legs, watermelon and cantaloupe at the Wynn buffet. The other person in my party did not and was fine. I am thinking it could be from one of those?
