Ordered 2 different salads for curbside pick up. One salad had chicken and the other didn’t have any meat. Different dressings. Both my daughter and I were sick - same symptoms. The stomach pain was severe- lasting long Not sure if lettuce is an issue here but but we both eat salads every day so it had to be something in/ on/ contaminated with our salads. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain
