I ate around 11:30pm and on my way home I developed severe stomach pain. Upon arrival home I began vomiting profusely and diarrhea at the same time. After it slowed I went to the er. I had lettuce tacos and with avacodo, chicken, tomato, and sauce. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
