Ate lunch at 1:00 pm. Ordered Hibachi Steak from Cheesecake Factory at 8:00pm. Nothing to eat in between or after. 12:30am awoke with severe stomach pain and indigestion. Very acidic stomach. threw up a little, but symptoms remained. Was able to sleep a couple hours. Awoke again at 4:30am with severe vomiting, chills, malaise. At 6:00am I had a soft stool and then throughout the day a couple bouts of minor diarrhea. 6:00pm had some apple sauce. drank plenty of water all day. Slept all day and 12 hours that night. 90% better in the morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Migraine, Indigestion
