I had water with lemon, an omelette with cheddar, mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes. I only ate half of it. About an hour later stomach cramps and fairly explosive diarrhea 3x in six hours. Still cramping and feel fatigued. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
