Two hours after the meal I began experiencing cramps.

The next day I vomited and began to experience severe diarrhea.

Update: it has been six days and I still am experiencing these symptoms and even more severe diarrhea. I have been to the er and currently going to urgent care. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
