At 19:45 on Wed., 10/4/17 bought stuffed cabbage and a carrot kale quinoa side from warm buffet. Food was being removed for the night. Developed diarrhea, muscle weakness.It is now Saturday, 10/7/17 & I am still ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Weakness
