Additional information: First signs were dizziness and vertigo within 30 minutes of eating chicken tenders and fries (kid’s meal) on 10/22/24 around 7:30pm. This was followed by vomitting and diarrhea for at least 4 hours. Still waiting to see how she is this morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
