6 years ago reported by user-bzvf9629 business

The Fisherman's Restaurant & Bar- San Clemente, Avenida Victoria, San Clemente, CA, USA

611 Avenida Victoria, San Clemente, 92672 California, United States

Date Consumed : Sept. 21, 2019
Dish Ordered : Oyster Rockefeller, Clam Chowder, Sourdough Bread, House White Wine
Symptom had occurred first after a day with fever, and diarrhea followed in the next day. Fever went away in couple days. I had visited my physician immediately, but none of the prescription helped the symptoms other than fever reducing. I visited him again on Friday due to notification of blood diarrhea in the morning. Blood in urine was found during the test, and he claimed that it is suspicious for E.coli O157. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
