Salmonella from Frozen Chicken - The Food Warehouse by Iceland, Walsall England

My partner has had a confirmed case of salmonella poisoning via stool sample. Only meat eaten was frozen diced chicken breast from Iceland. I cooked the chicken and probed it (I am in fact a chef) the chicken was cooked! Onset 3 hours after consumption. Severe cramps, diarrhoea with lots of blood, dehydration, fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration
