Resort Dining Leads to Illness - The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun All Inclusive Resort, Cancún Quintana Roo

We are at the Restaurant on July 4th for dinner and have been sick for 2 days from food poisoning. There is a medic on sight and they said we had “gastritis”. The hotel says they are sorry and that they are held to high standards. They don’t take any responsibility, but they did allow me to make a report at public relations. My daughter who is 12 and I (46) were I’ll with vomiting, terrible, terrible diarrhea and nausea and stomach cramps. The physician in the morning offered is antisposmotic for the cramps in the stomach and the dr in the evening gave us hidresec for the diarrhea. 2 of the 4 days we were here were lost due to our illness. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps
