I ate there on March 10th at 1pm. I ordered a Teryaki and a drink. The only other thing I ate that day was a bowl of cereal for breakfast. While I ate dinner at 6:30pm that eveming, I became violently ill. The symptoms included a fever, chills, nause, vomiting and diarhea.. The worst symptom by far was the diarhea which lasted from March 10th until April 2nd., many days comprising 40 top 50 bathroom visits per day.. On Thursday, March 18th, I collapsed and was taken by emergency vehicle to Banner Desert Medical Center.. At my lowest point I had lost 15 pounds..My NP told me on 4/3 that it would take another 30 days before I fully recover. This is by far the worst illness of my life and I am grateful for having survived it.. . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Other, Chills
