April 19, 2018 around 7: 20pm. Ordered Guacamole Crunch Burger w/ Regular Fries and Thousand dressing on the side. Reg. drink Power Ade. chipotle dressing on the side. to try out. around 45mins. later my stomach stated to turn with discomfort. it got worse from then on to 12;am. i had Diarrhea, was very cold and Nausea. i was up all night going to restroom and all day. very little sleep. took Tums see if will help. and Tylenol cold. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
