Both my co-worker and I ordered lunch from here. I had a burger wrapped in lettuce, she had a veggie burger. We did not eat anything else before or after this together. Early the following day (2 am) she and I were both sick (vomiting and diarrhea). It got so bad that I ended up in the hospital due to pain and dehydration. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
