- comments: 6-301. 13 observed soap and paper towel dispensers mounted on the wall above the 3-compartment sink. Must remove. 3-compartment sink is meant to wash, rinse and sanitize utensils and equipment.

- comments: 5-202. 12 (a) observed the 2nd-floor adult men and women washrooms without hot water. Water temperatures range from 80f - 82f. Must provide hot water temperature of 100-120f at all handwashing sinks. Must repair and maintain. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: 6-501. 111 observed no recent pest control inspection reports on-site at the time of inspection. The last report provided on-site during the inspection is from september 2022. Instructed to have a pest control log book with recent pest control reports (at least twice a year per code) on site at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-020(c).
