I fast throughout the entire day, so I know what goes in and out of my body. I ordered a poki bowl salad with Ponzu sauce/ shoyu the way sauce, 2 scoops salmon, and 3 scoops spicy salmon. After 3 hours, I had diarrhea, a headache, and continued diarrhea through out the night disturbing my normal sleep. I’ve had these symptoms before eating here, and eating it today confirmed that it can give you diahrea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache
