On Jan 22, my 84-year old father flew Austrian Airlines OS89 from Vienna to Newark and ate chicken. After several days of increasingly worsening diarrhea at their final destination in GA, he finally was admitted to the ICU at Brunswick hospital on Jan 27 where he had to be intubated. He was diagnosed with campylobacter and spent a total of 9 days in the ICU, 5 of which he was on the ventilator barely escaping death. He is currently in rehab requiring PT to regain his ability to feed himself and sit/walk.

We(me & fiance') ordered Roots Smokehouse from Ubereats on Saturday evening. We both ate some of the smoked wings appetizer and then I had a few bites of my macaroni and cheese. I ordered a western omelette and a large decaf green tea on 2/19/19. I started having bowel issues about an hour or two after eating my breakfast. I had to leave work early and by the time I arrived home I was vomiting profusely and loss control of my bowel movement for the remainder of the day . I hadn’t eaten anything prior to ordering from Fresco that morning and I have not been able to eat ever since . I also had to miss a day of work today as a result .

Party of three shared the following
chicken satay. Spring rolls. Thai dumplings. Lemongrass shrimp. Basil shrimp. Sticky rice and mango. All had nausea and gas pain. I passed out and transported to er. Eliminated all other possibilities. 🤔

At the Soulful Oats salad at 9pm on 2-19-19. Nauseous within an hour, stomach cramping in two hours. Awakened to vomit and have diarrhea 4.5 hours after eating, and this continued every half hour for 4 more hours.

I bought a chicken chow mein from the ready meal section. Came home and heated it up in the microwave as per the instructions on the packaging. After 1 hour I felt poorly and had a really bad stomach ache, then I started vomiting and continued for about 3 hours. After that I felt nausea for several hours

My brother died from food poisoning on Jan 22 2019 in Montreal, Canada. 4 days earlier, on Friday Jan 18, he had flown from Munich to Montreal on Lufhtansa flight LH474. If anyone else took this flight and was also sick, or if they got campylobacter from eating something in a restaurant in Munich from Jan 16-17, I would like to hear from them

I visited la Esquina on Saturday night around 7:30 pm and order from their to go. I notice the to go counter was not cleaned up and the sausages were a bit messy but I figured is “the to go” and we were on a bit of a rush so I didn’t mind it. However 12 hrs later around 8am I woke up in excrutianing abdominal pain with nausea and diarrhea and had to be in bed the whole day. My partner that are with me that night got it right after!!!!!!!

Sunday evening )Feb 17th) we placed an order for delivery for 2pizza , cheese one and veggie.
My 2.5yo ate just one slice of the cheese one that evening. While my husband ate 2of the same pizza. My daughter started feeling sick the next morning. She was complaining about her stomach being in pain. In few more hours everything began, vomiting and diarrhea. After her mid day nap she continued having diarrhea. It was only one slice, but enough for her to get sick.
