Additional information: Ordered Pizza, Fettucine Alfredo & Broasted chicken. My son only had pizza but I had the pasta & chicken. Exactly 45 min later I started to experience severe stomach cramps, vomiting & bloody stool for 3 days. Either I was ill from the pasta or chicken, I am thinking the chicken but I was definitely very ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps
