Ordered large pizza with half pineapple and half hamburger meat. Husband and I ate a couple slices with each topping, then within an hour I vomited. About 2 hours after it hit me, my husband then started vomiting and had diarrhea. Spent the following day still vomiting and having diarrhea. Thankful that our son who is 3 years old did not eat any of the pizza, so he was okay. Both my husband and I had to stay home from work and get a babysitter for our son the next evening due to us being so sick after eating the pizza. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
