Ordered a chicken tzatziki souvlaki with a side of chips and a slice of chocolate cake on Deliveroo. Within an hour of consumption, became violently ill, throwing up, in excruciating stomach pain, and curled up on the bathroom floor with shakes, claminess and rapid heartbeat. Partner was concerned he'd have to call for an ambulance-- I've never been in pain like that before. Still having black/green diarrhea 2 days later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
