The second day of my I ate the buffet there at the hotel and restaurant by the beach. I went to the spa. I maybe had one mixed drink and a couple beers. Felt fine all day and then around 10pm I started to feel nauseous. A couple hours later I was violently vomiting every 15/20 minutes for five hours straight. I had a fever and muscle weakness. The next day I felt okay, however I have not felt normal since. I have unexplained stomach pains, nausea, bloating, and stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Bloating, Stomach Pain
