Sushi roll Ordered one roll at 1:00pm. Ate it while with a friend. We caught the 2:30 movie of House of Gucci. Around 4:00pm we both were experiencing headaches and left the movie early to go home. Stopped at a gas station for water and Advil. The moment the water hit my stomach I started vomiting uncontrollably in the parking lot. Friend drove me back to the restaurant where her car was and I tried to take another sip of water and continued to vomit. I was taken to Mercy Urgent Care where I continued to throw up and was given anti nausea medicine. I threw up again even after taking the meds when I got home. It happened on Wednesday 12/22/2021, 4:00pm, | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Headache, Gas
