Suspected Pita Illness - Thios, Vancouver British Columbia

The only thing I ate that day that didn't come pre-packaged, so I highly suspect this as the source of my illness. I've been unwell for 4 days now with profuse vomiting and diarrhea and can not eat anything besides fruit.
