I consumed chicken wrap on March 1, 2020, Farmer's wrap on March 3, 2020 and large double-double coffee on March 7, 2020. On March 7, I felt lightheadness and chills. On March 8, I had several episodes of SEVERE VOMITING and SEVERE DIARRHEA. I called 811 2x, 911 2x and my family 3x.
