Honestly tho; wats wrong with Tim’s Coffee, donuts plus the cinnamon bagels at this location on westmall towards QEW to Hamilton opposite square-one in Etobicoke, all their food makes me sick everytime. My stomach won’t stop until I buy food poisoning medication and hydration. I always get Diarrhoea and stomach cramps I don’t know why. Never buying Timmie’s again. Someone inspect this location to help others on food hygiene etc. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

If it happens every time then it's probably an intolerance to an ingredient. Also, you can't buy OTC medicine for food poisoning? Depending on the organism, occasionally antibiotics are used, but usually it's a wait it out scenario with supportive care if needed (IV fluids, for example).
Also, maybe just stop going there?
