whenever I drink tim hortans coffee i get the worst stomach pain ever.. whereas when I drink mcdonalds coffee made the same i do not. I just spoke to a coworker who also reported tim hortans coffee makes her partner's hernia flare up, and his doctor told him it was because there is an oil added to tim hortans coffee. as consumers we never have full disclosure on what exactly goes into our food.

I think it might be the actual creamers…some places sell dairy substitutes and I know that in the past those creamers (athe not-real creamer substitutes) have oil-based properties and maybe even fake sugars which always make me sick.
