Additional information: Ate the 8.99 prime rib special. Woke up at 2AM feeling nauseous. By 4AM I was vomiting and had diarrhea with acid reflux. Took alka seltzer to relieve the pain. Started puking and a couple hours later. Called 911, went to ER | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Acid reflux
