just ate top ramen around 8PM or so. (2:15AM right now) and just had some of the worst diarrhea i’ve ever had. been in and out of the bathroom 3 separate times not to mention twice at my own girlfriends house where i had it. the packets were new, they were never tampered with, and i only ate one full packet and my gf’s left overs. i don’t know why the fuck i feel this way but i’ve been feeling off and on nauseous and lightheaded ever since i got home. if anyone has any idea why this is happening please tell me. i got scared at first and thought i was bleeding out of my ass because of how liquidy it was. luckily when i wiped i didn’t see any blood but i have no idea whether to be concerned or if i should just sleep it off. i’d doubt it was food poisoning bc i never added anything to the ramen except for the flavor packet and some teriyaki meat from panda express (which not to mention is only a few days old). im still in highschool so it’s not like i don’t have ramen here and there as a snack but this is my first time having top ramen in a long time and let me say i don’t think i’m gonna be getting the same brand again anytime soon. it didn’t rlly taste off and i’ve never had this experience with any other brand of ramen at least to this extent before so i’m kind of at a loss. while diarrhea isn’t abnormal for me it really just caught me off guard bc of how bad it actually was. sorry for rambling on but if anyone has any tips to feel better or has an idea of what might be going on lmk. i’m practically dying over here lmao | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Lightheaded
